Roux (short for Roulette - girl) loves human attention and interaction! She loves belly rubs, peanut butter and being around others (whether it’s human or dog companion). She is intrigued but very respectful and gentle of other dogs and children and always up to play tug of war with her toys! When she gets excited she will have a nibble or two, but responds to commands when told no. Roux has grown to LOVE her leash and the adventures she is going on. She is trained to sleep in her kennel at night and is comforted by her safe space. Roux is potty trained and uses a bell to let you know when she needs to go out. She’s also mastered “sit”. She loves taking her blankets out of the kennel and snuggling with them whenever she is napping or sleeping on top of her kennel to keep an eye out. Sunbathing and snuggling with her human is Roux’s favorite past times, as well as chasing a ball. She has successfully mastered returning it for a full game of fetch! One of my favorite characteristics of Roux is she gives you head hugs, then plops down on your lap for snuggles. It’s so sweet!
