Redd and Roux are a pair of sweet siblings that were abandoned in a Houston neighborhood - both are sweet, playful, active, and love children and other dogs. These pups are considered for adoption separately; adopters interested in adoption both will be evaluated for previous experience in working through littermate syndrome, etc.

Redd - loves to be a human's lap and adores belly rubs. He is calm and attentive and is food driven. Redd will sit on command (even faster with treats). Sometimes he gets a little too excited to see you when you've been gone and will his paws on you for a hug. He is gentle and patient with children and curious and respectful when meeting other dogs. Redd walks on a leash easily and has been trained to sleep in his kennel at night with his sister. He is a goofy boy who is intrigued by ceiling fans and voices his concern for your safety when it is on. Sunbathing, playing with Roux and human companionship are his top three favorite things (and his blanket is a close fourth)!

Roux - is a little more reserved but also loves human attention. She loves chin rubs and treats and is always up for a play session. She is as sweet as her brother when it comes to children and other dogs, but could use a little more direction on a leash as she is a little more timid than Redd and will sometimes just lay down instead of walk. She loves taking her blankets out of the kennel and snuggling with them. Roux loves sunbathing, cuddling and chasing a ball (although still working on returning it)
